Cancellation Policy

You can cancel ten or more days prior to your shoot date to receive a full refund. As a courtesy, if you know you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible. Gina would be very grateful. Cancellations 6-9 days prior to shooting dates receive 50% back. There are no refunds of any kind if you cancel within 6 days of your shoot date. You can reschedule one time (with 6 or more days prior notice) free of charge. A reschedule within 6 days of the shoot comes with a fee of 75% on top of the original fee (unless you find a friend to take your spot). Rescheduling a second time comes with a 75% fee on top of the original amount (unless you find a friend you take your spot). It's natural to get nervous and have cold feet before a photoshoot. These policies ensure you don't miss out on an amazing experience. They also ensure Gina is able to keep offering her photography services!
